Terms of Service PublishHub

Welcome to PublishHub. The use of our artificial intelligence-based content creation platform is governed by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Subject of the service

PublishHub provides a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that allows users to generate drafts, ideas, and final content for social media through the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence technologies. The service is provided "as is" and the company reserves the right to modify the features at any time.

Registration and account

To use the Service, the User must create an account by providing truthful and complete information. The User is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their access credentials.

Allowed use

The User agrees not to use the Service for illicit or unauthorized purposes. In particular, it is prohibited to:

User content

The User retains ownership of the content generated through the platform ("Output"), to the extent permitted by applicable law. PublishHub assigns to the User all its rights, titles, and interests relating to the Output. However, the User is responsible for ensuring that the use of the Output does not violate any law or third-party rights.

Intellectual property

The platform, including its source code, database, functionality, software, website design, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics (collectively, the "Content") and the service marks and logos contained therein are owned or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

In no event shall PublishHub, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from the user's use of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the User's account at any time, without notice, in case of violation of these Terms. The User may withdraw from the contract at any time by deleting their account through the platform settings.
9. Changes to Terms expand_more
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to make changes or revisions to these Terms at any time. The User will be informed of such changes through an update of the "Last updated" date of these Terms.
10. Applicable Law expand_more
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian laws. For any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
